Now that summer is upon is in the Northern hemisphere what better start to the day could there be than a berrylicious smoothie? This smoothie contains 4 different types of berry although of course you don’t have to include them all if you don’t have them all available. You can use any combination of fresh and frozen you like, although of course the more frozen berries you use the thicker the smoothie!
Makes approximately 3.5 cups, or 800mL.
Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana (~100g)
150g strawberries
150g raspberries
150g blueberries
200mL plant milk
Simply blend everything together and pour into a glass or jar! I also added a layer of CoYo in between because it’s just so delicious, and topped it with some muesli and bliss balls!
